H&M sweaters; $24.99 (buy one get one free) / Clinique Body Wash, Hand&Body Lotion $30 / TOPSHOP dress; $40
So, I must say I haven't been that great in saving money this week. I went shopping when I said that I wasn't going to; but I must say, all of these items were on sale and I just couldn't pass them up! I will make up for my lack of saving in the next pay check, though. I have a couple more goodies I got online too. I can't wait until I get them! >.<

My days have been so busy lately. You can feel the energy when you walk the crowded streets of San Fracncisco. Everyone is getting ready for the holidays and I'm just in awe of the magnificence of it all. The cold is creeping into the nights and the layers of sweaters I wear just seem to want to stay permanently. Almost all of the pictures here were taken in San Francisco, but the one of the cathedral is from Oakland; once I noticed that I was neglecting my photography, I picked up my camera and walked off. The changing colors of the leaves are just beautiful in the sunset and I find myself in love with this season all over again. I also went shopping a few days ago and I am very excited to show what I got! Have a great night and don't forget to stay warm! Ta-ta.

Go Fremont Tigers! This week was Spirit Week for my sister and had made a tutu and wore it to school. Doesn't she look adorable? I took these pictures on her way to school on Tuesday and I just couldn't resist posting them up here.

cardigan & peplum shirt; FOREVER 21 / skirt; H&M / ankle boots; APRI
Slouchy sweaters are the best! The first time I laid eyes on this beauty I snatched it from the rack and didn't let it go. The knit is so soft and it's super warm! I paired it with my Apri ankle boots and a navy blue peplum shirt I bough at Forever21. I also bought some awesome knitted sweaters at H&M today, I'll post some pictures later! Goodnight everyone.

pore refining solutions; $44 / even better eyes; $39.50
I don't wear make-up, but I sure wear Clinique! I just love Clinique; no, really, I do. I use the step 1, 2, 3. I always get complimented on how soft and smooth my skin looks and that's one thing every girl likes to hear. The one thing I love about Clinique is that it doesn't dry out my skin or makes it oily; which is one thing that was hard for me to find. Another thing I just love is that it's light on the skin. You can barely feel it on your skin and it actually works!
I have open pores, so I always have to use nose strips, but with the Pore Refining Serum, it's all getting better! One other thing I loved was the Dark Circle Corrector. It makes me look fresh faced and like I had a good night's rest! All in all, I am in love with these items. I haven't used the actual makeup and eyeshadow, but I think I would love it just the same. Hope everyone has a lovely evening!

I had the privilege of being the "photographer" for my nieces 15th birthday and I must say, I was moved to tears when I caught these moments. The affair was small and only family and close friends were invited. The moment when we were singing happy birthday to her, she teared up, and that's when it hit me, my oldest niece is now 15 and time is really passing by. It made me tear up to see my sister-in-law being embraced by my brother and then embrace her daughter, my niece, in the picture above. It made me so happy to capture these moments because these are the things that keep us grounded in the end. Love, companionship and family. It's al you can really ask for. And I am very glad to have it.

socks; TOPSHOP (Nordstrom)
When I bought my boots, I thought of a thousand different ways I could wear them. One of those ways was with frilly socks. So far, I didn't quite like the outcome, but I was also in a rush and didn't get to absorb the full image. I won't give a definite answer until I try it again and try it a few hundred or so ways. These socks are from TOPSHOP, which there's a small section of it in Nordstrom, but it's cute none the less.

It's November guys! One more month and it's the end of the year. Time has passed by so fast that it's hard to keep track of time most days. One thing that keeps popping up in my mind is being happy. Photography, cold walks in the morning or in a busy San Francisco evening make me feel content. One thing that really gets me is blogging. I'm getting out there a little at a time. Baby steps, baby steps. So far, I've bought ad space at Urban Tease's blog (if you haven't been to her blog, then I suggest you go check it out, I always love her content). Lately I've been thinking about the outcome of my life and I want to be successful in my own terms.
Be successful but don't sacrifice your happiness for it. In the end, it won't mean a thing.
